What is this joy that Im feeling?
Is it because you the moon
Is always here to greet me
Your ardent lover?

Or is it because the wind
You caress my skin just when I hunger
For your cool touch?

Perhaps its because the sun
You go into hiding
Knowing that
I’m thirsting for the cool drops of the rain?

Why do I feel light as a feather,
When my heart is so full of joy?
The joy of knowing
